Yep, I got my IUD. I wrote about the insertation here (http://community.livejournal.com/iud_divas/620146.html). I didn't find out much more about perforation apart from that it isn't as bad as I imagined even if it does happen it can usually be sorted so it doesn't prevent you from being able to have children.
