Harry Potter
Jul. 20th, 2007 10:40 amLots of people seem to be getting rather in a tizzy about Harry Potter.
Now that the witching hour of Harry Potter release is drawing near, his readers fear his greatest, evilest enemy ... SPOILERS. One of the people on my friends list has decided to disable anonymous comments on her LJ to prevent random strangers, filled with elation at having finished the book within 60 minutes of its release (those 4 years of speed reading classes were all worth it), commenting on her blog with bizarre misleading details of the book. The moderator of
weddingplans (not that I read it) has locked down membership for the next month to prevent trolls joining and spoiling HP for the blushing brides to be.
In light of all this I thought that I would provide a public service. If you want to make comments with Harry Potter spoilers, make them on this post. I don't care. I've never read a Harry Potter book and I don't particularly feel the urge to. I think I've seen two of the films. One with a big snake and another with a little time machine thing.
Anyway, spoil away!
