lavendersparkleTomorrow is the fast of Esther, to commemorate the fasting our ancestors in the hope that we would be able to find a way to avert our destruction at the hand of tyrant. Monday, the day after Purim, the day of our rejoicing in our near miss, will probably be the first day of trial of the husband of my friend Ellie, for beating her.
